Junior cross country runner Emily Moran has been selected as this week’s Senour-Flaherty Mason Athlete of the Week.
Emily is a model Mason XC athlete—she shows up to practice each day with a positive attitude and a relentless work ethic. Her dedication has led to steady improvement and strong results this fall.
At the Mason Invitational this past weekend, Emily turned in another solid performance, scoring valuable points for the Comets just as she did in the season opener at Centerville the week before. Emily races with determination, competes with heart, and continues to elevate her performance week after week.
The Mason coaching staff could not be more impressed with Emily’s growth and commitment, and the program is extremely proud of her accomplishments.
