AINSLEY SCHAUFELE

 

Ainsley is a captain and has been a crucial piece to the Comet's undefeated season. Ainsley brings strong leadership to the back line, leading the team to 3 shutouts. Working closely with her keepers, Schaufele directs the Comets by playing a high press and organizing when being pressed. She had a standout performance against top-ranked Upper Arlington on August 26th. The Comets came away with the 1-0 victory and Ainsley worked hard to keep the team's pace of play and attack strong. Ainsley will continue to be the leading part of the strong upcoming schedule as the Comets work towards their GMC and postseason goals.
