BRACKENRIDGE NAMED GMC COACH OF THE YEAR

Adding to Mason's championship celebration, head coach Keith Brackenridge was named the 2026 GMC Boys Golf Coach of the Year.

Brackenridge guided a deep and balanced Mason lineup to the program's sixth GMC title, with every member of the six-player lineup contributing to the Comets' winning score during the two-day event.

The team's ability to respond under pressure was on full display during Wednesday's final round, particularly down the stretch as Mason held off Lakota East to secure the conference crown.

NEXT UP FOR THE COMETS

Mason returns to action Saturday, September 19, at the Bishop Watterson Invitational at Clover Valley in Columbus. The Comets then host the Mason Invitational at Miami Whitewater on Monday, September 21.

The focus then shifts to postseason competition when Mason competes at the OHSAA Sectional Qualifier at Miami Whitewater on Thursday, September 24.

Congratulations to Coach Keith Brackenridge and the Mason Boys Golf Team — 2026 GMC CHAMPIONS and six-time Greater Miami Conference titleholders!
